The ideal candidate should have experience in leading teams or projects and be well-versed in mobile application development best practices.PrimarySkills: Expertise in iOS development and Swift, with experience in eitherReact Native or Flutter, OR Swift + Kotlin. Strong background inmobile UI/UX best practices. Hands-on experience inleading teams and managing mobile development projects. Solid understanding ofmobile application architecture and deployment. Excellentproblem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Good-to-Have Skills: Experience inSDK development. Proven ability toengage with clients and manage stakeholder expectations. Familiarity withRealm, Firebase Firestore, and Amazon S3. Knowledge ofagile methodologiesand industry best practices.Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and mentormobile development teams, ensuring project success from start to finish. Design, develop, and deployhigh-performance mobile applications. Work closely withdesigners, backend engineers, and product managersto create seamless user experiences. Implementbest practices for mobile architecture, security, and performance optimization. Overseecode reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.
