The Talent Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as hiring, employer branding, communication, interviewing, and recruiting in support of the firm's staffing needs and growth initiatives.Qualifications Hiring and Recruiting skills Employer Branding and Communication skills Interviewing skills Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and independently Knowledge of architecture and design industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
