Key Responsibilities: Own and execute thefull-cycle internal recruitmentprocess for US Staffing roles in India. Collaborate with delivery managers and leadership to forecast hiring needs and align talent strategies. Build and maintain a strong internal talent pipeline for roles across technical and non-technical domains. Provide consistent, high-quality candidate experience and ensure timely follow-ups. Track, analyze, and optimize recruitment performance through data and reporting. ✅ Required Qualifications: 3–5 yearsofin-house TA experiencefocused onhiring for US Staffing rolesin India. Deep understanding ofUS IT Staffing hiring practices , recruiter metrics, and TA operations. Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills.
