We are seeking an experienced PEGA Manager, Run the business (RTB) to lead and manage the support operations for our PEGA-based applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PEGA platform administration, incident and problem management, and team leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of PEGA applications while leading a team of support developers/ analysts. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all the qualifications but have sufficient experience and talent.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: •Lead and manage the PEGA maintenance & support team, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and problems. •Responsible for continuous improvement of all maintenance & support processes including and not limited to standard SDLC methods, peer code review, defect tracking and resolution •Proactively manages and directs teams to manage the process across the organization to deliver quality and timely solutions and fixes. •Responsible for hiring, coaching and mentoring of subordinate staff. •Work closely with technical and functional personnel and vendors to implement and support solutions •Monitor application performance and proactively identify and resolve issues. •Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless deployment and support. •Manage SLAs and KPIs for support operations and provide regular reporting to stakeholders. •Drive root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues. •Maintain documentation for support processes, known issues, and troubleshooting guides. •Ensure compliance with ITIL practices and organizational policies. •Participate in change management and release planning activities. •Provides architecture and design guidance to support / project teams •Proposes comprehensive solutions based on business and technical requirements specificationsSUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1.Performs additional duties as directed.Qualifications:EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: •Bachelor/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field •7+ years of technical experience in PEGA platform with at least 2+ years in a support leadership role, solid experience in developing and implementing Pega solutions including enterprise scale solutions •Strong understanding of PEGA architecture, PRPC, and system administration. •Experience with PEGA versions 8.x and Pega Infinity. •Experience upgrading, supporting and maintaining Pega applications •Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). •Passionate about continuous improvement •Pega HealthCare experience is preferred.
