Job Description

Responsibilities and duties:- Successfully review job descriptions & refine them through discussions with Business/HR. - Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified field sales candidates - Conduct thorough screening and assessment of resumes to identify potential candidates. - Proactively network and build relationships within the field sales/inside sales community to create a talent pipeline. - Understand & evaluate the technical roles & technical skills at headline level. - Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, references, etc.& create candidate pool. - Ascertain the competence of candidates in person, through telephone or video conferencing to assess their qualifications/skills & fitment for the role. - Keep in touch with the candidates throughout the selection process. - Maintain MIS- reporting, weekly & monthly dashboards. - Generate reports and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies - Conduct market/industry research on hiring practices &/or competition best practices.Education Qualification:- Master's degree in human resources or a related field.Skills Required:- Ability to understand the skill sets for which the candidate needs to be hired. - Bulk hiring experience. - Great stakeholder management. - Proven experience as an HR Recruiter with a focus on field sales/Inside sales hiring. - Strong understanding of the field sales landscape, including industry-specific requirements and challenges. - Negotiation skills. - Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets. - High level of confidentiality and professionalism. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. - Ability to assess candidates' sales capabilities and potential for success in a field sales/inside sales hiring. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
