As part of our growing international recruitment team, we’re hiring a Technical Recruiter who can focus on the Mexico and LATAM markets.About the Role:We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team and drive hiring for technical roles across Mexico and LATAM regions. This role is crucial in sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent for our client requirements. If you have hands-on experience in LATAM staffing and a passion for technical recruitment, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source technical candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media channels tailored to the Mexico market. - Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by connecting with potential candidates and understanding their career goals. - Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process — from understanding job requirements and screening resumes to scheduling interviews and offer negotiations. - Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver timely, quality-driven recruitment solutions. - Market Insights: Stay up to date on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and industry movements in the LATAM region. - ATS Management: Maintain and update candidate data accurately using Ceipal or other Applicant Tracking Systems. - Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor regulations and internal hiring policies.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Experience: 2 to 4 years in Technical Recruitment, with a strong focus on Mexico or LATAM region hiring. - IT Recruitment: Proven experience hiring for technical roles (both contract and full-time). - Tools: Proficiency with Ceipal ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms. - Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in IT, Computer Science, or a related field). - Core Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented and self-driven - Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentHighly Preferred:- Language Skills: Spanish proficiency is a major plus.
