Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing. Utilize tools such asJob Diva ,Ceipal , and Boolean search techniques. Solid understanding ofUS tax terms(Corp-to-Corp, W2, 1099) and variousvisa classifications(USC, GC, EAD, L2, H4, OPT). Maintain accurate candidate data and proactively manage pipelines. Stay up to date on industry trends to refine sourcing strategies. Deliver consistent results and contribute to individual and team targets.Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 3–6 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment. Proficiency with sourcing tools and recruiting databases. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
