We are looking for adynamic and proactive MBA HR Fresherto join our HR team and support recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.Key Responsibilities: ✅Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:Assist in sourcing, screening, recruiting and onboarding candidates for various roles. ✅Employee Engagement:Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture. ✅HR Operations:Handle documentation, maintain employee records, and support HR policies implementation. ✅Performance Management:Assist in tracking employee performance and coordinating appraisals. ✅Payroll & Attendance Management:Support payroll processing and ensure accurate attendance tracking. ✅Training & Development:Coordinate training programs for employee skill enhancement. ✅HR Compliance & Policies:Ensure adherence to labor laws, workplace regulations, and company policies. ✅Grievance Handling & Employee Relations:Address employee concerns professionally and maintain a positive work environment.Requirements & Qualifications: Education:MBA in Human Resources or related field. Experience:Freshers or up to1 year of HR experiencepreferred.Skills: Excellent communication & interpersonal skills . Knowledge ofHR operations, recruitment, and labor laws . Proficiency inMS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)and HR tools. Ability to handle multiple HR tasksefficiently in a fast-paced environment.
