Exciting Opportunity – Sr. US Healthcare Recruiter at InteliX SystemsWe’re hiring experienced and passionate US Healthcare Recruiters who are ready to grow in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.Location: HyderabadShift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)Responsibilities- Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (Nursing, Allied Health, Admin roles) for US-based clients - Manage full-cycle recruitment – from sourcing to onboarding - Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks - Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs - Stay updated with US healthcare rules and staffing trendsRequirements- 5 + years of experience in US Recruitment (Healthcare, IT, or Non-IT), with the recent 2-3 years specializing in US Healthcare roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in sourcing through job boards like Indeed, Vivian, Travel Nurse Source, Allied Travel Careers, DocCafe, Doximity, as well as ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
