We are looking for a talented and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team and help us attract top IT talent to support our growing operations.Job Description:We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to identify, attract, and onboard high-caliber IT professionals for positions across the United States. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the interview process while collaborating with hiring managers to meet the company’s hiring needs.Key Responsibilities:- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT roles such as software developers, system administrators, network engineers, and other technology-related positions. - Conduct interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and work experience. - Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and responsibilities. - Utilize job boards, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and other recruitment channels to identify and engage qualified candidates. - Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings. - Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Negotiate offers, and close candidates in alignment with company salary guidelines and policies. - Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with all recruitment activity and candidate status. - Stay up to date with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on US-based positions. - Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., programming languages, systems, and networks). - Proficiency in using job boards, ATS, and social media for recruitment. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with US labor laws and work authorization requirements (preferred). - Professional development opportunities.How to Apply:Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume to ram.reddy@ or rosy.k@
