Position:HR - Recruiter (Sales & Marketing Hiring) (Third-party Payroll - RPO Model)Educational Qualification:Regular MBA HR from Reputed colleges.Job Location:Bengaluru (As of now Hybrid, 3 days WFO)Job Summary:Looking for a skilled Sales and Marketing Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top talent in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales and marketing functions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.Desired Candidate:1.Should haveminimum 4 yearsof experience inSales & Marketing hiringwith an overall Talent acquisition experience of 7 to 10 years.2.Should be fromNon-IT hiringbackground from industry types likeFMCG/Pharma/Manufacturing, alco bev, beverages etc starting from Entry to Leadership level.3.Should be well versed withPAN India Sales & Marketing hiring .4.Should have agood understanding of Sales & Marketing processes and job requirements .5. Excellent stakeholder managementskill is a must, at any given point of time would be managing10 to 15 Stakeholdersranging from Managers to VP/Business Head level on their different hiring requirements. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, provide guidance on the recruitment process, and ensure timely and effective communication throughout the hiring process.6.Should have intermediate level knowledge inexcel.7.
