The recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and qualifying candidates to negotiating placements and ensuring strong matches between life science professionals and our clients. The ideal candidate is hands-on, passionate about identifying top talent, and eager to implement innovative strategies to enhance candidate engagement and placement success. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Pipeline Management: Source, screen, and maintain a robust network of life science professionals across temporary, temp-to-perm, full-time, and contract roles. Build and manage talent pipelines aligned with client hiring needs in the life sciences sector. Actively engage both passive and active candidates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Collaboration & Partnership: Work closely with Talent Agents to develop and execute recruitment and placement strategies. Negotiate compensation packages and align qualified candidates with client requirements. Ensure accurate and timely data entry in recruitment platforms and CRM systems. Maintain records, manage collections, and ensure compliance with internal reporting and company policies. Skills & Qualifications Prior experience recruiting for life science roles such as: Principal Scientist Bio Processor Associate Principal Scientist Senior Scientist Chemistry professionals Analytical R&D Biologics professionals Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience inStaffing ,RPO , orVMSenvironments is preferred. Skilled in offer negotiation and meeting performance goals in a metrics-driven setting. Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of working independently and in a team. Demonstrated success in building candidate pools and developing client relationships. Reliable, professional, and committed to high-quality recruitment execution.
