CohnReznick LLP is seeking a IT Senior Software Developer II for its growing and fast-paced Technology team. This opportunity is both full-time and remote.The IT Senior Software Developer II is responsible for the creation of applications, web development and mobile application solutions based on a demand pipeline centered around innovation. The goal is to create new solutions using cutting edge tools so that the client service staff can add more business value to our clients and back office/administrative staff can work more efficiently. The IT Senior Software Developer will work with members of the Enterprise Development team and other IT peers and reports into the Senior Manager of Business Solutions.You will be responsible for:Design and develop Data Pipelines using Azure Data FactoryMigrate existing SSIS packages into Azure Data FactoryOptimize data pipelines for performance and cost efficiencyTrain other team members on the use if Azure Data FactoryDesign and develop SQL Server stored procedures, functions, views and triggers to be used during the ETL processBuilds data transformations with SSIS including importing data from files, moving data from one database platform to anotherDebug and tune SSIS or other ETL processes to ensure accurate and efficient movement of dataDesign, implement and maintain database objects (tables, views, indexes, ) and database securityExperience working with SSIS packagesProficient with ETL tools such as Microsoft SSISExperience in using DevOps Repository check in and check out process for the technical changesAnalyze and develop strategies and approaches to import and transfer data between source, staging, and ODS/Data Warehouse destinationsTest and prepare ETL processes for deployment to production and non-production environmentsSupport system and acceptance testing including the development or refinement of test plansQualifications:Minimum 5years software development experience and knowledge of SDLC methodologyBachelor’s degree or higher in a computer or business-related field (Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, etc.) or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.Minimum 5 years’ experience designing, creating, customizing, and configuring innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements and streamline/automate business processes.
