This remote role reports to the Head of Data Operations and Digital Solutions Teams, based in Singapore.We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Talend Architect to lead the development, maintenance, and innovation of a scalable enterprise data management platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of hands-on experience with the Talend platform, including Talend Studio, TAC, TMC, API Services, Data Stewardship, Data Preparation, and Data Catalog. You should bring a minimum of 3 years in a senior or architect-level role, guiding enterprise-grade implementations.Other responsibilities but not limited to:Design and implement scalable data architecture and integration solutions using TalendGuide and mentor the development team on Talend best practices and architectureEnsure high data quality, cleansing, and enrichment processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support data consumption across tools like Power BI, Salesforce, and EloquaContribute to Agile development processes using SCRUM and JiraThe ideal candidate MUST have:Data modeling, integration, and governanceTalend job and flow developmentSolid understanding of databases (Oracle, MSSQL, AWS)Programming languages: Java, SQL, SOQL, PythonSoftware development methodologies: BDD, TDD, AgileVersion control: Git/GitHubExperience with service management tools (e.g., Jira)Familiarity with cloud environments and various operating systemsKey Competencies:Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communicationStrong analytical and architectural problem-solving skillsAble to convey complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholdersOrganized, autonomous, and self-driven with a high standard of workStrong documentation skills and attention to detailTeam player with the ability to work in multicultural environmentsWe carefully review every application and will reach out to shortlisted candidates who best match our clients’ requirements.
