Our platform integrates with Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, and major HRIS systems, enabling data-driven HR and compliance-ready execution.Description:As a Technical Architect, you will lead system design, architecture evolution, and infrastructure decisions across the full stack—backend, mobile, AI, data, and cloud. You will architect scalable, secure, and intelligent systems while mentoring the team and enabling rapid iteration. You will also help shape the next generation of our AI-powered wellness platform.Responsibilities:Lead System Architecture: Own and evolve architecture across backend (NestJS/Node.js/Python), App (React/React Native/Native), data, and AI layers.AI/ML Infrastructure: Architect and deploy ML models using Python-based frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, TensorFlow, PyTorch); integrate OpenAI and Google ML APIs.Containerization & Orchestration: Ensure scalable deployment via Docker and Kubernetes; define container strategies and service mesh patterns.DevOps & Observability: Collaborate with DevOps to enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitHub Actions, enable test coverage monitoring via SonarQube, and maintain infrastructure-as-code.Testing & Quality: Enforce automated testing using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or PyTest; lead architectural reviews and maintain code quality standards.Security & Compliance: Design systems that support encryption at rest/in transit, SOC2, RBA, field-level encryption in MongoDB, and IAM policies in AWS.Data & Analytics Support: Ensure backend and event architecture supports product analytics (Mixpanel, cohort tracking, DAU/MAU) using big data like redshift.Scalability & Performance: Tune performance using caching (Redis), data optimization, sharding and edge delivery (CloudFront).Mentorship & Leadership: Establish coding/architecture standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate business goals into technical design with Product, AI, Security, and Data teams.Requirements:15+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a technical architect or senior system design role for SaaS platforms.Proven track record architecting multi-tenant, microservices-based SaaS products at scale (e.g., supporting $50M–$100M+ ARR or millions of users).Strong experience with NestJS, Node.js, Python (FastAPI), and production-grade ML integration (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).Proficiency in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.Expertise in building secure, cloud-native systems on AWS (IAM, RDS, CloudFront, GuardDuty, Inspector).Demonstrated experience with SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, encryption (field-level, in-transit, at-rest), and RBA implementation.Fluent in modern DevOps practices including CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and observability tooling.Strong foundation in event-driven architecture, API design, data modeling, and big data platforms.Exposure to employee engagement, HRTech, rewards, or wellness platforms.Excellent communicator with proven leadership in architecture design, technical reviews, and cross-team collaboration.Why Join Us?Shape the future of AI-powered corporate wellness in a high-growth SaaS startupOwn and scale a global SaaS product used by Fortune 500 enterprisesDrive AI, analytics, automation, and DevOps innovation at scaleCompetitive salary, stock options, and fast-track leadership growth opportunitiesRemote-first culture, flexible work environment, and strong ownership mindset
