Please note: This is a functional role, not technical.The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by multiple business units. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion.You have:• Can take the lead on Enterprise projects. Able to manage high quality documentation without supervision. Proactively identify and manage risks and issues. Work closely with the Delivery Directors to steer the project to success.• Innovate to evolve the Deltek Best Practices as a template and ensure that the best practices and PROVEN standards are met on every project.• 8-14 years of professional services experience.• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst /Solution Architect/Business Architect/Functional consultant or equivalent role demonstrating management and leadership experience, preferably in a fastpaced consulting / professional services set-up.• Experience in HCM/PSA/WFM domain and/or SaaS delivery model• You enjoy business and technical problem solving for customers and think outside of the box.• Experience in a functional or technical role in the implementation of ERP or SaaS solutions is a plus.• Strong requirements gathering, business analysis, solution design, presentation, and facilitation skills with small and large groups.• Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.• Independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills.• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans.• Ability to manage change in scope and derive win-win solutions.• Able to control the large group (5-10 participants every session).• Willingness to collaborate with different teams across the globe.• Willingness to work on multiple projects at the same time and prioritize the requirements of the various projects.• Able to effectively use the established frameworks in requirement gathering, design documentation, and sign off
