Job Title: D365 Localization Expert – Japan & Taiwan (Immediate Requirement)Location: B’lore/Chennai/HyderabadProject Overview:We are seeking experienced D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Localization Experts to support the rollout Program in Japan and Taiwan. This is a critical and time-sensitive initiative requiring professionals with a proven track record in regional localization, finance modules, and cross-functional communication.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support the localization of D365 F&O for Japan and Taiwan, ensuring compliance with local legal, fiscal, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with global implementation teams and local stakeholders to deliver country-specific configurations and customizations.Provide subject matter expertise in the Finance modules of D365 (General Ledger, AP/AR, Tax, etc.).Perform fit-gap analysis, localization testing, and support go-live activities.Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure accurate translation of business needs into system solutions.Deliver high-quality documentation and training to end users as required.Required Qualifications:Proven D365 F&O Implementation Experience, especially in global or multi-country rollouts.Deep knowledge of Finance Modules within Dynamics 365.Hands-on experience in localization for Japan and Taiwan, including statutory reporting, tax configurations, and local financial practices.Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) with the ability to collaborate across time zones and cultures.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in large-scale ERP rollout programs.Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 are a plus.
