Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end Direct Mail acquisition strategy for multiple products, ensuring data-driven decision-making in planning, execution, and optimizationDevelop and execute Direct Mail campaigns, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting, in close collaboration with FP&A and cross-functional teamsImplement and refine A/B testing strategies to optimize targeting, messaging, and offer structures, leveraging statistical analysis to drive continuous improvementExtract actionable insights from data to inform marketing strategy and drive measurable growthCollaborate with internal teams (e.g., Creative, Modeling, Data) and external partners (e.g., credit bureaus, mail house) to ensure timely campaign launches and continuously improve direct mail performanceUtilize and improve analytics dashboards that provide real-time campaign insights and performance tracking across multiple platformsClearly communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable business strategiesProactively identify risks and opportunities, using predictive modeling and response analysis to refine marketing approachesManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and optimized for efficiencyOpportunity to manage and scale a high-impact and high visibility Direct Mail acquisition channel with measurable resultsWork in a data-driven marketing environment where insights and testing are at the core of decision-makingCollaborate with cross-functional teams that value innovation, analytical thinking, and strategic executionSkills Required:Experience in Direct Marketing, with a strong focus on data analytics, A/B testing, multivariate testing, and performance optimizationBachelor's degree of higher in a related field; or equivalent work experienceExpertise in marketing analytics and forecasting, with proficiency in tools such as SQL, and Advanced Excel, TableauStrong background in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into strategic actionsProven ability to run structured A/B tests, interpret results, and implement learnings to improve future campaignsExceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and presenting data-driven recommendations effectivelyExperience in and understanding of consumer lending business and an understanding of Credit, Risk, and P&L is a plus
