With a diverse range of hospitality offerings, Shilton Hospitality LLP caters to various guest needs and preferences.Key Responsibilities:Set up and maintain service stations, including preparation of condiments, utensils, and other essentialsEnsure all areas, including dining rooms and service areas, are clean, organized, and ready for guestsAssist in dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitizing service ware, glassware, and equipmentAssist F&B service staff by delivering food, drinks, and clearing tablesSupport the kitchen team by ensuring proper stocking of items needed for serviceMonitor cleanliness and safety standards, ensuring compliance with health regulationsAssist with the breakdown and cleanup of service stations at the end of the shiftProvide excellent support to F&B service staff, maintaining a positive guest experienceReport any maintenance or safety concerns to management immediatelyQualifications:Previous experience in a food and beverage service environment is preferredStrong attention to detail, with a focus on cleanliness and organizationAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to stand, walk, and lift for long periodsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysA positive, proactive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service
