As the Growth PM for our e-commerce website, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into actionable product strategies, executing product development with cross-functional teams, and driving the growth of Cradlewise’s online presence. You will work closely with the growth, design, content, and development teams, taking ownership of product initiatives from ideation to launch.As the Growth PM, your contributions will directly influence the user experience, sales growth, and overall success of Cradlewise’s direct-to-consumer channel, enabling our mission to revolutionize parentingKey ResponsibilitiesReporting & OwnershipReport directly to the Head of Growth and take full ownership of the e-commerce website as a core revenue driver for our D2C business.Act as the primary “owner” of the product - end-to-end accountability for strategy, delivery, performance, and quality.Product Strategy & RoadmapCollaborate with the growth team to set product goals, define growth metrics, and establish KPIs that align with overall business objectives.Lead the creation and ongoing management of the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction.Program Management & ExecutionPlan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects using Agile/Scrum, ensuring on-time delivery against roadmap milestones.Serve as the glue between designers, developers, marketing, operations, and support - facilitating clear communication, removing blockers, and escalating risks as needed.Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and outcome reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.Quality & CROOwn the testing process end-to-end: define test plans, manage test execution, and sign off on releases - ensuring no compromise on quality.Partner with our agency on A/B tests and growth experiments focused on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to boost site performance and customer conversion.Data-Driven Decision Making & Continuous ImprovementLeverage analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) and customer feedback to monitor product performance, inform prioritization, and measure the impact of changes.Continuously iterate on the e-commerce experience - rolling out enhancements that improve usability, drive revenue growth, and deepen customer loyalty.As a Zest -You will report to the Head of GrowthYou will be responsible for the e-commerce website product as a wholeAs a D2C brand the e-commerce website is a key revenue function. Hence high ownership is expected.Own up testing to ensure that quality is compromisedBe the glue between designers, developers, and the marketing team.Skills & ExperienceProduct & Program Management: Strong background in product management with a proven track record of creating and executing product roadmaps, writing PRDs, and launching successful features. Demonstrated ability to lead and align cross-functional teams (design, development, and content), ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder coordination across all phases of the product lifecycle.D2C Experience: Proven experience in managing products in a D2C environment, with a focus on e-commerce.Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of web technologies and experience with at least one e-commerce platform such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento. Comfortable working closely with developers and understanding the technical aspects of product development.Growth Mindset: Experience with growth strategies, including funnel optimization, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.Analytical Skills: Proficient in using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Excel) to monitor performance, make informed decisions, and optimize product features.Customer-Centric: A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those insights into compelling product experiences.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (required). A master's degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus.3+ years of experience working in a fast-growing D2C brand, ideally within the e-commerce or consumer electronics industry.Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Jira for product management and team collaboration.Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques and tools like VWO/Optimizely, to improve conversion rates and site performance.Nice to have: Familiarity with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and industry best practices.Why Join UsWe believe in empowering our team members to grow.
