Job Description

Responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing staff, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations for Charkos College of Nursing, Mysuru.Key Responsibilities:Daily Operations:Supervise and manage office staff, ensuring efficient workflows.Oversee office facilities, including safety and security.Maintain accurate records, including student records, faculty records, and financial records.Financial Management:Assist in budget preparation and utilization.Monitor financial matters and accounts.Manage and track departmental budgets.Compliance and Policy:Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Staff and Student Support:Handle employee inquiries and assist with recruitment processes.Provide information and support to students, faculty, and staff.Coordinate with internal and external departments.Administrative Tasks:Manage office supplies and equipment.Schedule meetings and events.Prepare reports and presentations.Skills and Qualifications:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of office procedures and policies.Ability to lead and develop personnel.Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.Experience in a university or educational setting is preferred.
