Role Summary: The role will be responsible for ensuring governance and operational execution for office of the Country P&O Head. Will also be involved in strategic P&O projects for business as usual and new strategies by market analysis, intelligence and insights. Will support the overall internal and external communication strategy. In addition, the role includes supporting Corporate Functions as P&O Business Partner for People Strategy Implementation and strategic and/or functional P&O initiatives.Location: GurgaonKey Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing P&O Budgets together with Corporate Finance Colleagues & internal P&O LeadsRisk & Internal Control coordinator for HR, Compliance AnchorAnchor, report, coordinate with business and monitor global and local governance topics related to Third Party, Human Rights, Statutory Circulars, Compliance etcWork on internal communication and drive for P&O and employees in partnership with communications. Responsible for social media, LinkedIn and any other internal and external communication for CHRO, collaterals and material for organizationAnchor topics for M&A, carve outs for central topics from the Country officeResponsible for Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR), will need to work with cross-functional teams on general disclosures, management & process disclosures, environmental & social disclosures as well as governance disclosures.Coordinate on all operational topics, employee escalations, engagement topics with cross functional teams, COE’s Supporting P&O Head on People Strategy topics, Management / Board presentations at a local or global level as may be requiredInvolved in anchoring central programs and technology solutions roll outDrive Country Level projects based on priorities together with P&O Head.Work with P&O LT members to drive transformation initiativesProactively develop and lead, in concert with P&O Head cutting edge programs Country SPOC for Siemens Global Employee Engagement Survey (SGES), roll out of SGES in the country, communication to Management & P&O BP's to ensure smooth roll out from launch to reporting on a Bi-annual basis or as per global structure of SGESData Analytics of country level information required for projects & critical decision makingProvide support to the team’s portfolio of initiatives in terms of research, analysis and preparation realization and communication requirements for P&O projects.Builds analytical models and performs regular financial, competitive and People & Organization analyses opportunities and ensure well-founded strategies are presented to the relevant P&O leadership.Discover and implement solutions that will engage our employees with new or ongoing programs outside of traditional bandwidthsStrategic Business Partnering (Corporate Functions)Bring deep insights, independent viewpoint and P&O expertise to consult with and influence leaders (Corporate Functions) to take actions on emerging people and organizational culture topics.Partner with Functional Leaders to actively build and analyze the workforce plan and enable functions to develop robust talent and succession pipelineAnalyze and drive cultural change in line with functional strategyBuild organizational capability through talent identification and development, identify customized training needs at group level and partner with Learning and Talent Leadership team to co-create appropriate solutions and ensure implementationGuide and facilitate People Managers in handling critical People topicsProvide insights from data analysis on topics such as Headcount, Demographics, Org structure, Performance, Compensation, Position levelling, etc., to help Leaders take appropriate decisions. Curate and execute initiatives to enhance employee experienceExperience:Having worked in a fast paced and dynamic business environment.Professional qualification with Postgraduate in Management studies/Equivalent qualification from reputed Institute.10-12 years of overall experience in Human ResourcesDemonstrate the ability obtain and filter information, identify key issues relevant to the achievement of long-term strategic goals, and commit to the realized course of action for the purpose of accomplishing those goals.Ability to generate new outlooks People & organization in the market, for example, through trend forecasting and innovative practices understanding.Experience in strategic planning and analysis, market research & competitive intelligence.Good communication skills will be necessary in communicating clear information and instructions
