The Retail Training Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for retail staff, ensuring product knowledge, enhancing customer service skills, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The training lead will also work closely with Cluster Managers, Store Managers, brand Ambassadors and Brand Heads to identify the training needs for front end retail employees, create new Business relevant modules, ideate and create career pathing framework for sales employees and help drive superior sales performance as well as excellent Customer experience.. As Training Lead, incumbent will lead, train and groom other members of the Training Team. Day-to-day tasks include designing & delivering training sessions, assessing training needs, and providing ongoing support to retail teams to meet performance goals.Qualifications12 - 15 Experience in Retail Sales Organization and Product KnowledgeAt least 3 to 5 years experience in Premium / Luxury / Fashion / Lifestyle / HospitalityStrong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skillsEffective Communication skillsAbility to design and conduct training programsBachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related fieldLeadership and team management experienceProficiency in MS Office and training software. Excellent MS ppt skills
