This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys learning on the go, and is passionate about building and scaling partner programs. You’ll lead the charge on building and executing smart, scalable marketing strategies that fuel client growth. Your focus will span across high-impact content, full-funnel campaigns, and account-based plays that make an impact in the B2B tech space.Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy & Execution – Design and run integrated marketing campaigns that move the needle for B2B tech clients.Go-to-Market (GTM) Planning – Craft GTM strategies that align messaging, positioning, and timing across the funnel.Content & Storytelling – Develop compelling content that simplifies complex tech stories and drives engagement.Account-Based Marketing (ABM) – Plan and execute personalized, targeted campaigns for high-value accounts.Partner Marketing – Work closely with Microsoft partner teams to ensure smooth execution of partner programs, optimizing each touchpoint to drive higher engagement and conversion rates.Campaign Analytics & Optimization – Monitor performance, derive insights, and continuously improve based on data.Requirements:Experience: 3-6 years of experience in GTM, growth marketing or digital marketing within the B2B Tech or SaaS industries. Ideally, you’ve worked in the Microsoft ecosystem, or have hands-on experience with Microsoft partner programs.Skills: Content Creation & Storytelling, GTM & Campaign Management, ABM, Partner Marketing, and Digital MarketingEducational qualifications: B.
