Job Title: Casting Coordinator Intern (Bangalore)Duration: Minimum 6 MonthsStipend: 15k per monthAbout the Role:We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Casting Coordinator Intern to join our team in Bangalore. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with kids, parents, and our broader team to manage and streamline the casting process. The role focuses on onboarding and retaining kids for our projects while ensuring a smooth experience for both kids and parents.Key Responsibilities:Communication: Strong communication skills to interact with kids, parents, and agencies effectively.Negotiation: Good negotiation skills to align interests and close onboarding deals with agencies and schools.Onboarding New Kids: Engage with casting agencies, schools, societies, and co-curricular kids' clubs (Openhouse) to onboard new kids.Retaining Kids: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents. Ensure kids have a positive experience on set. Facilitate mutual fulfillment among all parties involved (parents, kids, and production team).Documentation: Prepare guidelines and documentation for recurring tasks.Qualifications:Minimum commitment of 6 months.Based in Bangalore (BLR-based).Language proficiency: Hindi, English, and Kannada preferred.Kid-friendly and able to create a safe, supportive environment for children on set.Benefits:Hands-on experience in the casting process.Opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment.Develop critical communication and negotiation skills.
