Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Assistant Logistics Manager to oversee post-dispatch logistics operations, including forward and reverse shipments. The role involves managing courier partner performance, optimizing load distribution, and ensuring timely deliveries within TAT. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, highly analytical, and capable of driving cross-functional coordination to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Oversee forward and reverse logistics operations post-dispatch through effective courier partner management.Ensure all shipments are delivered within TAT; monitor exceptions and drive timely resolution.Optimize load allocation across courier partners based on performance and capacity.Conduct weekly performance reviews with courier partners and implement improvement actions.Track escalations, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution while sharing learnings.Generate and analyze Excel-based reports to drive data-backed decisions.Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Customer Support, Warehousing, Tech) for seamless operations.Maintain a customer-centric approach to improve delivery experience.Manage and support the logistics coordination team for daily operations and performance.Requirements:3–5 years of experience in logistics operations or customer success, preferably in B2C service industry.Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel and data reporting.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.Proven problem-solving ability and process orientation.
