You should be able to independently debug, ship, and test product-level code.1–2 years of product management experience is preferred, but not required if you’ve worked in very early-stage startups and worn multiple hats.Strong understanding of AI agents, LangChain, LLMs, and how to build with them. You don’t need to be a researcher, but you know what context windows and retrieval chains are.Proven ability to create and ship—you’ve scoped your own PRDs, coded prototypes, launched features, and iterated.Comfortable doing 50% IC work: fixing frontend bugs, adjusting prompts, tuning models, creating datasets, or editing subtitles manually if needed.A track record of quantifiable outcomes—you’ve launched things that improved metrics, drove revenue, or delivered real user value.Available to join soon.
