Job Title - Microsoft Dynamics 365 , Finance & Supply Chain Senior Solution ArchitectJob Type - OnsiteJob Location - Dubai (UAE)Experience - 10+ Year'sJob Summary - Key Responsibilities:• Serve as the Lead Technical for D365 F&O solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, HR & Payroll, and related modules.• Translate business requirements into functional and technical architecture.• Design integration strategies using APIs, OData, Data verse, Azure Services, or third party middleware.• Define security roles, user access strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR). Collaborate with project managers, developers, functional consultants, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time.• Stay up-to-date with Microsoft roadmap and recommend innovative solutions using Power Platform, Synapse Link, or AI tools.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.• 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation with at least 3+ years in a D365 F&O Lead Technical Role.• Deep expertise in D365 modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Procurement, Inventory, and HR & Payroll Operations.• Proven experience designing and implementing D365 customizations and integrations.• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Lifecycle Services (LCS).• Familiarity with development frameworks like X++, .NET, and DevOps CI/CD pipelines.• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert (preferred).Preferred Skills:• Experience with ISVs and third-party solutions like HR & Payroll.• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.• Experience integrating with legacy systems or third-party applications using SFTP, REST APIs, or middleware tools.
