In this role, you’ll play a key part in visually shaping how the world experiences Natch—across digital and physical touchpoints. From social media creatives and packaging design to marketing campaigns and brand collateral, your work will bring our brand story to life.What We’re Looking For:Creative Vision – Strong visual storytelling instincts with the ability to translate brand values into impactful designs.Brand Sensitivity – Ability to stay true to Natch’s design language while pushing creative boundaries.Design Versatility – Experience across multiple formats: digital, print, packaging, social, and motion.Attention to Detail – Precision in layout, typography, color, and alignment.Packaging Design – Prior experience with or a strong interest in FMCG or D2C packaging design is a plus.AI Tool Familiarity – Comfort using AI-based creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, etc.) is a bonus.Collaboration & Communication – Comfortable working independently and closely with marketing, content, and product teams.Trend Awareness – A good eye for emerging design and content trends in food, wellness, and culture.Requirements: 1–2 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and packaging workProficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and video editing softwareFamiliarity with AI design tools or a willingness to experiment and adaptStrong sense of color theory, typography, composition, and brandingA passion for food, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a big plus
