While we have bigbrands, we have bigger opportunities as well.AB InBev India is looking to hire Manager - EHS for its supply team based out of Sonipat, Haryana.Provide technical guidance to the plant leadership team to ensure compliance with internal and external Environmental and Safety (ES) legal requirements. Develop, update, and maintain the plant’s environmental and safety legal compliance register.Review new environmental and safety regulations to assess their impact on business operations.Support the plant leadership team in coordinating with state authorities to obtain all required environmental and safety licenses within specified timelines. Prepare and submit annual environmental returns and third-party reports as per State Pollution Control Board (SPCB) regulations.Regularly update the plant’s hazard identification, risk assessments, and aspect-impact evaluations. Maintain action logs to mitigate significant risks and environmental impacts.Provide technical support for risk assessments to minimize costs, legal violations, injuries, and harm to personnel and the environment.Lead the Safety and Environment Pillars of the VPO (Voyager Plant Optimization) system at the plant, and assist all departments in meeting annual VPO targets.Conduct incident investigations and support timely implementation of corrective actions.Organize and lead mock drills to evaluate emergency preparedness.Support the Management of Change (MOC) process by evaluating safety and environmental impacts.Maintain Environmental and Safety Management Information Systems (MIS), including hazard reports and performance on leading indicators. Submit monthly reports as required.Assist in the execution and tracking of Environment and Safety Capex projects at the plant.Monitor preventive maintenance compliance of critical safety and environmental equipment, and escalate non-compliances to plant leadership.Ensure timely reporting and compliance across Environment dashboards/toolkits, including Coproduct, ENC, Chemicals, ETP, and Sustainability.Track and report ETP-PTS compliance status, and escalate deviations to the Plant Leadership Team.Explore opportunities to enhance co-product revenue and recycling rates while remaining compliant with applicable regulations.Conduct destination audits of coproducts in accordance with VPO guidelines.Customize and deliver ES training modules tailored to plant needs.Facilitate annual water risk assessments and ensure documentation.Lead the annual Environmental Risk and Non-Conformance audit in line with VPO standards.Ensure full compliance with all VPO requirements applicable to the Environment and Safety department.Assist plant leadership in implementing Global Safety and Environmental policies effectively.Conduct regular safety and environment committee meetings and support the closure of identified actions with technical inputs.Promote and coordinate safety and environment campaigns and events (e.g., RSW, NSD, WSD, WWD, WED) in alignment with BU/Zone directives.And above all of this, an undying love for beer!Quench your thirst for success.
