Level of experience required: 10+ YearsWe are looking for a Senior CRM(Power Platform) Technical Consultant that can help us with handling our CE/ Power platform technical support requests, work closely with our functional support team, if needed be client facing and assist them with triaging , performance tuning , provide technical best practices and guidelines.Assist clients in gathering, defining, and documenting requirements more technical in nature related to their unique business needs that fall under support categoryBreak down functional specifications into technical designs, development tasks and estimates, execute to completionHelp identify client business processes in need of development work, and document proposed solutions.Support clients through support cases that has technical work using various methods including plugins, JavaScript, PowerApps solutions, Power Automate flows, custom HTML interfaces (web resources), and various reporting technologies like PowerBI and SSRSGood understanding and knowledge of integrations and migrations. Support fixing integrations and migrations using ETL tools like SSIS, Scribe, Azure Integration Services, and power platform.Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 CE errors and performance related issues.Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, advancements in technology, and Microsoft’s product offerings and enhancementsExperience with Dynamics 365 CE customer serviceDevelop and customize Dynamics 365 CE solutions to meet business requirements.Experience with configurations and customization of Dynamics 365 CE.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 and associated technologies.Experience with Power Platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement new features and enhancements.Ensure the quality and performance of applications through testing and maintenance.Experience building integrations using Azure Integration ServicesQualificationsProven experience in Dynamics 365 CE, configurations, customizations, and developmentProficiency with Git for version control.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and concepts.Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving in a technical environment.Familiarity with Dynamics 365 plugins, Power Automate, custom APIs, Azure Functions, Key Vaults, and Power Apps.Excellent communication and teamwork skillsSelf-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.Knowledge of PowerShell is nice to have.**Preferred Skills:** -Experience with other Microsoft technologies and services.Knowledge of best practices in software development and deploymentCertification in Dynamics 365 or related technologies
