We're looking for a Business Development & Account Manager to join our team and help drive strategic partnerships with leadinghealthcareorganizations.We REQUIRE: A proven track record in new business development and account management for a U.S.healthcare staffing /consultancy company, particularly with U.S.-based healthcare Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and hospital systems. Deep understanding of the competitive landscape in the healthcare and education sectors, with established relationships with previous U.S. clients and contacts that can be leveraged for business growth. Extensive experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and acquiring/managing new U.S. hospital accounts and other healthcare accounts like nursing homes, etc., for a U.S. healthcare staffing/consultancy company.Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with MSPs, hospital systems, and other healthcare facilities. Drive new client acquisition and expand existing accounts by aligning with client needs. Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success and compliance. Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and meet key project deadlines. Track performance metrics and identify growth opportunities in key markets. Ensure clear communication and consistently deliver high levels of client satisfaction.Required Qualifications: Proven success in business development and account management within U.S.-basedhealthcareMSPs and hospital systems. Strong knowledge of theU.S. healthcare staffingindustry and a network of client relationships that can drive growth. Extensive experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and managing healthcare accounts (e.g., hospitals, nursing homes).
