The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence dashboards and reports that help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations based on business requirementsPerform data modeling, data analysis, and implement DAX queries for enhanced insightsConnect Power BI to various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, cloud data platforms, etc.)Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutionsOptimize Power BI datasets and dashboards for performance and usabilityEnsure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency across all reports and dashboardsCollaborate with data engineers and analysts to streamline data pipelines and reporting logicImplement role-level security (RLS) in Power BIRequired Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience (6+ years) working with Power BI in a professional settingStrong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (ML Language), and data modelingExperience working with SQL and relational databasesKnowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and performance tuningStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesExperience with Power BI Service (publishing, workspace management, gateway configuration)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
