This role isn’t just about managing—it’s about owning the outcomes.What You’ll Own Full end-to-end accountability for client GTM success Outbound execution & fulfillment processes Team performance, coaching, and communication loops SOPs, escalations, and operational playbooks Gross margin targets and client retention Founder bandwidth (you’ll free it up so we can scale faster)If you’re not energized by owning performance, solving high-stakes problems, and leading high-output teams, this isn’t for you.Responsibilities Ensure every campaign exceeds benchmarks for open, reply, interest, and booked call rates Oversee day-to-day delivery operations across fulfillment, onboarding, and strategy Lead and coach the fulfillment team via daily syncs and weekly check-ins Solve escalated client issues and performance breakdowns fast Implement weekly performance reviews across all campaigns Build and evolve SOPs, hiring funnels, and internal training Collaborate with the founder to audit margins, performance, and churn Enforce radical transparency and proactive communication across all client touchpoints Support creative and outbound execution (email, LinkedIn, podcast)Metrics You’ll Be Judged On 100%+ email volume sent 1%+ reply rates 10%+ interested response rates 25%+ meeting booking rate on interested replies NPS 80+ 150% margin per account manager seatTools You Should Be Comfortable With Smartlead Clay Airtable Make / N8N Slack ClickUpBonus if you’ve built your own cold outbound workflows or business in the past.
