We are now hiring a hands-on Senior HR Specialist who can implement policies, ensure discipline, and manage the day-to-day HR operations with attention to detail.Role Overview:-The Senior HR Specialist will be responsible for executing and owning key HR functions from onboarding, leave & attendance, performance tracking, discipline, employee relations, and probation tracking to policy enforcement. This role is not managerial, but execution-focused, requiring someone highly dependable, sharp, and aligned with company values.Key Responsibilities:-HR Policy Execution & ComplianceEnforce company rules, leave policies, attendance norms, and disciplinary measures.Track probation periods, issue performance warnings, and document employee violations.Keep updated HR policies in place and ensure employee adherence.Onboarding & DocumentationConduct thorough onboarding with policy explanation and document verification.Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and offline trackers.Create offer letters, warning letters, extension notices, and exit letters as required.Performance & Reporting SupportHelp monitor recruiter KPIs like submissions, interviews, and starts.Coordinate with Team Leads and Operations on performance-related issues.Support implementation of PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) documentation.Attendance, Leaves, and Payroll CoordinationMaintain accurate leave records, ensuring policy-based deductions or actions.Coordinate with accounts for salary processing and leave audits.Address leave misuse and casual behavior proactively.Employee Relations & DisciplineHandle conflict resolution between team members and document escalations.Investigate internal issues (chit-chatting, non-reporting, unprofessional conduct).Maintain fair, unbiased documentation of all employee conduct matters.HR Operations SupportOversee HRMS usage and ensure all employee data is up-to-date.Assist in organizing company events, travel coordination, and compliance checklists.Prepare reports for leadership as required.Required Skills & Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree5–9 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in service-based or BPO/RPO setups.Excellent understanding of HR operations, labor compliance, and documentation.Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to employee discipline and support.High emotional intelligence, maturity, and integrity in handling sensitive matters.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).Preferred:-Experience supporting U.S. client-aligned teams.Prior experience handling performance & conduct issues independently.Familiarity with HR software/HRMS tools.What We Offer:-An opportunity to work closely with top leadership and directly impact HR policies.Transparent, performance-driven culture with clear expectations.Room for professional growth in a respected offshore recruitment company.Benefits:-Best Work Culture, Amazing Staff, Greater involvementRegular Monthly Paycheck + Incentives + BonusesCab Services | Pick-up & DropFree Tea, Coffee
