The candidate will drive structured, high-growth expansion in Chennai showrooms and across digital campaigns, while leading and mentoring a junior team.MissionTo build and execute a 100%+ YoY sales growth strategy across gifting, pooja decor, and coating services, with full ownership of outcomes and team performance.Outcomes Expected (Year 1)1. Achieve Rs.20Cr -> Rs.40Cr revenue growth (100% YoY)2. Acquire 200+ high-value customers3. Train 4-6 junior sales staff to independently close sales4. Implement and ensure 90%+ compliance in Zoho CRM pipeline tracking5. Launch 6 life-event-based sales campaigns6.
