If you’re passionate about optimizing HCM processes and navigating the nuances of German labor compliance, this is your opportunity to make an impact.Key Responsibilities:- Lead or support SAP HCM implementations tailored for the German market - Configure and enhance modules such as Payroll, Time Management, and Personnel Administration - Ensure compliance with German labor laws, social insurance, tax, and GDPR regulations - Work with third-party German payroll providers (e.g., DATEV, Paisy) - Support statutory reporting and handle integration with local systems - Collaborate with German clients and align with works council (Betriebsrat) requirements - Create clear documentation and deliver training sessions as neededRequired Skills & Experience:- 4–6 years of SAP HCM implementation experience - Solid understanding of German payroll, labor laws, and collective agreements (Tarifverträge) - Familiarity with statutory reporting and social insurance systems - Strong integration and configuration capabilities in SAP HCM - Experience with German-specific providers and interfaces - Knowledge of GDPR compliance in HR workflows - Excellent communication skills; Fluent English required, German preferred - SAP HCM certification is a plus - Able to adapt to German business culture and client needsJoin our team if you're passionate about SAP products and inspired by the German working culture!
