In this role, you will be responsible for securing freight loads from shippers, negotiating rates, and building strong relationships with clients in North America. Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process. Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitors to provide valuable insights and identify potential opportunities. Negotiation:Negotiate rates with carriers and shippers to secure the best deals for both parties. Documentation:Handle and manage the necessary paperwork and documentation associated with freight transactions. Problem Solving:Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the transportation process to ensure smooth operations.Requirements: Excellent Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners. Adaptability:Ability to quickly learn and understand the logistics industry, even if you do not have prior experience in this field.
