Department: Business DevelopmentLocation: Sakinaka, Andheri EastCompany: Yellow FramesJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Developer with a background in advertising or digital marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pitching the brand, maintaining and expanding client relationships, supporting cross-functional marketing initiatives, and driving business growth for Yellow Frames.Key Responsibilities:- Brand Pitching & Client Relations: - Lead brand pitches and business proposals to potential clients. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. - Generate new business opportunities through cross-selling of services. - Campaign & Marketing Execution: - Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns. - Work closely with the performance marketing team to align strategies. - Support and oversee photo/video shoots and brand team meet-ups as needed. - Sales Enablement: - Develop and maintain company credentials, pitch decks, and case studies. - Curate and manage the company portfolio, categorized by industry or service line. - Ideate innovative concepts and campaign ideas for client proposals. - Market Research & Trend Analysis: - Conduct ongoing market research to identify trending topics and growth opportunities. - Provide actionable insights to support brand positioning and client acquisition. - Operations & Coordination: - Maintain internal communication across departments to ensure alignment. - Manage billing, invoicing, and documentation with clients. - Track data, maintain records, and ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders. - Tools & Technical Skills: - Basic proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Ability to create visually engaging decks and basic creative collaterals.Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in business development, preferably in an advertising or digital marketing agency. - Strong presentation and communication skills. - Proven ability to close deals and grow accounts. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment. - Knowledge of digital and traditional advertising strategies. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field. - Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Trello, or other CRM/project management tools is a plus. - Understanding of media buying, content production, or influencer marketing is a bonus.
