We host everything from intimate weddings to large-scale art exhibitions, and are now expanding our presence in the corporate events space.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a driven and experiencedBanquet Sales Executiveto grow our corporate events business. The role involves both outbound and inbound sales, client relationship management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of events.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & ConversionActively source and pitch Sarokri to corporates, event agencies, and businesses in Guwahati Close deals for off-sites, conferences, product launches, workshops, and other corporate gatheringsInbound Sales ManagementRespond promptly to inbound leads via calls, emails, and social media Conduct venue walk-throughs and sales presentations for potential clientsClient Relationship & Account ManagementServe as the single point of contact for the client from confirmation to the event date Understand client needs and communicate requirements to the internal event and operations teams Coordinate planning meetings and ensure client satisfaction throughout the engagementPayment & DocumentationShare quotes, raise invoices, follow up for payments, and ensure timely collections Maintain updated records of leads, bookings, and client communicationsRequirementsMandatory:Prior experience in banquet/event venue sales (minimum 1–2 years in Guwahati) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple client accounts and timelines simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and email communication A proactive, target-driven attitude with a customer-first mindsetWhat We OfferA chance to be part of a creative and growing brand Attractive salary + incentives based on performance Opportunity to take ownership and grow within a fast-evolving companyTo apply , please email your CV to:office@ For inquiries: +919159866130
