Manage cases efficiently following the company’s standard operating procedures (SOPs). Guide clients seamlessly through the immigration process, ensuring satisfaction at every stage. Take full responsibility for all aspects of each case, ensuring positive outcomes. Stay updated on the latest immigration laws and actively contribute to our monthly immigration updates. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in immigration or related fields. Fluent in English. Experience in immigration for Australia, Germany and Poland will be an added advantage. A Master’s degree is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a global team environment. Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and hit targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
