You will play a critical role in building relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants, ensuring quick placements, and maintaining compliance with legal and immigration policies. This position requires strong sales skills, market knowledge, and effective communication to secure job placements while negotiating terms that align with both client and consultant needs.Key Responsibilities:- Consultant Placement: Market available IT consultants to direct clients, Tier 1 vendors, and implementation partners to ensure quick placement. - Client and Vendor Engagement: Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, emails, and networking platforms like LinkedIn. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors and clients. - Recruitment Coordination: Collaborate closely with recruiters to gather profiles of available consultants and coordinate interviews with clients. - Negotiation and Terms: Negotiate bill rates, contract terms, and payment structures with clients and vendors. Ensure mutually beneficial agreements. - Onboarding and Follow-up: Ensure smooth onboarding for consultants post-placement, and maintain follow-up to ensure client satisfaction. - Visa Documentation: Handle visa-related documentation for consultants (H1B, GC, EAD, OPT, CPT, etc.) and ensure compliance with legal and immigration policies. - Database Management: Maintain an updated database of consultants, job submissions, and client communications for efficient tracking. - Social Media Engagement: Actively participate in IT job boards, social media groups, and online communities to find job opportunities and network. - Long-term Client Partnerships: Foster long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business opportunities and build a strong client base.Qualifications:- Proven experience in Bench Sales with 2+ years in the IT staffing industry. - Strong sales and negotiation skills. - Familiarity with tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and experience in recruitment within the US IT staffing sector. - Proficiency in using job portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn for sourcing candidates. - Knowledge of work visas (H1B, OPT, GC, etc.) and the ability to manage visa-related documentation. - Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills. - Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and meet targets. - Flexibility to adapt to changing industry trends and client requirements. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
