One should have experience in Saas based company and has handled various products will be prefer.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate product delivery processes, ensuring efficient and timely completion. - Facilitate client on-boarding, guiding them through the process and addressing any concerns. - Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, serving as a primary point of contact. - Conduct client meetings confidently, addressing requirements and ensuring client satisfaction. - Develop a thorough understanding of the product to effectively train clients and address inquiries. - Actively engage in resolving client escalations and queries promptly and efficiently. - Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for clients, fostering positive relationships and addressing needs. - Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal and external teams to ensure smooth product delivery. - Oversee integrations raised with food delivery aggregators and/or payment gateways, ensuring seamless execution and issue resolution.Qualifications:- 2-3 years of experience in product delivery or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent presentation skills - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines - Experience in the restaurant or food industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
