As part of our growth plans, we are seeking to hire a Consultant in our team at Mumbai. The desired profile is outlined below and those interested can send me a LinkedIn invite which I will accept if the candidate meets the criteria, after which we will set up a series of interviews.- Full time graduate in any discipline.- Minimum 4 years' experience in recruitment, with high weightage to prior experience in executive search. (We do not have industry-wise silos at our firm, so industry vertical exposure will not be a criterion).- Based in Mumbai and willing to work from our office in Andheri East Monday-Friday. This is a full time role.- Demonstrated experience in cold calling, org mapping, headhunting. Those who depend primarily on social media/ job portals won't survive!- Discipline, initiative, intelligence, teamwork are key personal traits.- Needless to say, good verbal and written communication skills.- Ambition to grow, personally and professionally.
