The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various non-I.T roles. Daily tasks include posting job ads, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. This is an on-site role and is located in Hyderabad.Qualifications- Experience in recruiting for non-I.T roles - Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills - Ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software - Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations is a plus - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
