Responsibility: Write and update JD to ensure that recruitment has enough and correct information. Recruiting new employee for function department as per their request. Implenment recruiting activities include plan, selection,interview,hiring,etc. Communicate with function department and keep good relationship, provide good HR service with satisfaction. Maintain and manage recruiting channel such as newspaper, internet, headhunter, campus and labour agencies. Communicate with new employee and provide HR service around their commencement date, deal with their personal information. Implement the tasks from high level.Requires: Above 2 years experience relavent HR and talent acquisition and recruitment. Familiar with local talent market and policy.
