Role Summary As a Digital Marketing Executive at Isprava, you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance and success of our digital campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and analysing campaign data, optimizing performance across digital platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable ROI. You will be at the forefront of emerging digital trends, ensuring Isprava’s digital presence reflects its position as a leader in the luxury real estate space.Key Responsibilities Campaign Management & Optimization Oversee end to end digital campaigns to optimize the paid social, search, display, video, and programmatic campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, affiliates, etc. Plan and execute CleverTap campaigns for retention and engagement via channels like email, SMS, WhatsApp, and more. Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying trends and actionable insights to enhance results. Data-Driven Strategy Drive a process-oriented, data-driven approach to digital marketing strategies. Maintain and manage detailed reports on campaign performance, channel effectiveness, and key metrics for management review.SEO & Organic Growth Manage SEO activities, including on-page and off-page optimization, to ensure high rankings on Google Search. Develop strategies to drive organic traffic while maintaining a strong focus on data-driven results. Analytics & Reporting Leverage tools like Google Analytics, LMS dashboards, and other analytics platforms to measure and evaluate campaign effectiveness. Provide post-campaign evaluations, aligning results with pre-set targets. Platform Expertise Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the digital ecosystem to improve campaign efficiency and scalability. Be proficient in platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn and programmatic buying tools. Collaboration Work closely with the Senior Manager - Digital Marketing to set targets, strategies, and performance benchmarks. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, and design) and external agencies to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns. Innovation & Engagement Bring fresh ideas to enhance audience engagement across platforms, ensuring Isprava remains at the forefront of the digital luxury space. Innovate with ad creatives, audience segmentation, and messaging to drive conversions.Qualifications & Experience Experience:5+ years in digital marketing, preferably with a performance marketing agency. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Paid Social, Google Display, Video Ads, Google Paid Search, Programmatic Buying and Google Analytics. Strong understanding of SEO with experience in managing on-page and off-page activities. Proficiency in data-driven marketing and ROI analysis. Soft Skills: High energy, proactive and bubbling with innovative ideas. Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance optimization. Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred: Prior experience in running user acquisition campaigns and lead generation for premium or luxury brands. A passion for redefining the real estate space with a revolutionary approach.
