We are immediately hiring for Passionate Bench Sales Recruiters - Onsite –, HyderabadJob Title:Bench Sales Recruiters Location: Onsite - Manjeera Trinity Corporation, Hyderabad Experience: 2–5 Years Looking for Immediate joiners.Job Responsibilities: Responsible for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, and CPT) with Tier 1 vendors / Implementation partners/Direct Clients. Need to have strong experience in Bench Sales Recruitment process. Should have a strong commitment towards achieving the desired results. Need to have Good Network & Contacts in the US IT Staffing Market. Working directly with Tier 1 Vendors/Implementation partners/Direct Clients and understanding their job requirements, and finding matching profiles from the existing bench team. Maintaining the contacts database. Segregating the leads and adding new contacts to the database. Checking for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting the consultants, negotiating the best rates, following up for interview schedules, and closing the best deals. Tracking submissions and maintaining the submissions database. Develop & Maintain new vendor contacts, build network relations across the IT industry using social networking sites such as LinkedIn & other job portals. Extensively working on different job portals such as , , , , , and . Interacting, developing Tier-1 Vendor or Implementation Partners network daily basis to get the Bench consultants placed in minimal turnaround time. Dealing with consultants on Corp-to-Corp, W2 and 1099 basis.
