Job Tittle: Domestic IT Recruiter Experience: 2 to 5 Yrs Location: Sector 62, NoidaJob Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result driven Domestic recruiter with strong experience in Contract to Hire staffing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end to end recruitment for domestic clients with strong focus on souring, screening and placing candidates in C2H Roles.Key Responsibilities Understand client requirements for C2H position and effective sourcing strategies. Sourcing candidates through job portals (e.g Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn). Conduct Initial screening and shortlisting of candidates. Schedule and Coordinate interviews with clients and manage candidate communication throughout the process. Negotiate Salary and term of employment for C2H position. Coordinate onboarding for selected candidates and maintain candidate relationships during the contract period. Work closely with account manager and delivery teams to ensure timely closures of open roles. Maintain and update ATS and recruitment reports.Required Skill & Qualification 2+ yrs of experience in domestic recruitment with a focus on C2H hiring. B.Tech or BCA Degree preferred.
