The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from site preparation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning and Execution: - Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. 2. *Team Management: - Build and lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and laborers. - Foster a culture of safety, quality, and productivity. 3. *Site Preparation and Construction:* - Oversee surface leveling, grading, and site clearance. - Manage construction of boundary walls, roads, and foundations for PEB structures and machinery. 4. *Resource Mobilization:* - Mobilize laborers, equipment, and materials as needed. - Ensure efficient utilization of resources. 5. *Stakeholder Management:* - Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. - Ensure effective communication and issue resolution. 6. *Quality and Safety:* - Implement and maintain quality control processes. - Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.Requirements:1. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in managing industrial construction projects. 2. Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 3.
